Refund Policy

At Guru Ashish Sharma, we are committed to ensuring the best possible experience for all our clients. However, there may be instances where refunds are requested. Our refund policy has been designed to address such situations transparently and fairly, depending on the nature of the service availed. Please review the details below carefully.

General Refund Guidelines

1. Satisfaction Note at Consultation:

  • A Satisfaction Note will be signed by the client at the time of
  • This document will clearly outline the agreed-upon terms for the service, as well as conditions under which a refund may or may not be applicable.

2. Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only available if the conditions specified in the Satisfaction Note have not been met.
  • Refund requests must be made within the specified timeframe for each service and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or transaction details).

Service-Specific Refund Policies

1. Pooja Services:

  • Refunds for pooja services are available within 90 days of availing the
  • An administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover logistics, planning, and materials costs incurred.
  • Poojas customized for specific cases or those performed at remote locations are non-refundable.

2. Energy Healing Sessions:

  • Refunds for energy healing sessions are assessed on a case-by-case
  • Decisions regarding refunds will be made during the session itself and will be recorded in the Satisfaction Note for transparency.
  • If a refund is applicable, it will be processed after deducting any applicable charges for materials or consultation.

3. Astrological Consultations and Reports:

  • Refunds for consultations or personalized astrology reports are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
  • Services where satisfaction terms have been marked as fulfilled in the Satisfaction Note are non-refundable.

Additional Non-Refundable Items

Certain items and services are non-refundable due to their nature, including:

  • Gift cards or
  • Downloadable software, resources, or personalized astrology
  • Kundalis (personal astrological charts) or reports created exclusively for individual

Partial Refunds

Refunds may be granted partially in specific situations, such as:

  • Books or materials showing clear signs of
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
  • Services canceled more than 90 days after

Process for Refunds

1.     Initiating a Refund:

  • Ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase and a copy of the Satisfaction

2.     Refund Review:

  • Once your request is received, we will review it against the agreed terms recorded in the Satisfaction Note.
  • If your refund request is approved, we will notify you via email or

3.     Processing Time:

  • Refunds, if approved, will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the specified timeframe:

  1. Re-check your bank account or payment
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times can

International Orders

1. Delivery Time:

  • International orders may take 30-35 days to
  • If issues arise during delivery, refunds will be processed within 40-45 days for international clients.

2. Custom Duties & Taxes:

  • We are not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or additional taxes charged by your country. These costs are borne by the customer.
  • In cases where international orders are refused or canceled after dispatch, the customer will be liable for all duties and taxes incurred. The balance refund amount will be processed only after the item is returned to us, minus applicable

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

Shipping Costs for Returns

  1. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for refunds or
  2. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  3. For items valued at over ₹10,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
